To inspire and enable youth by providing access to cultivate one's unique talents, intellectual and social capacity, service-oriented spirituality, and emotional well-being in order to discover and surpass maximal potential.
We do so by helping our youth grow spiritually, culturally, intellectually, and through service in the community.
Our Story
Founded on the belief that every young person has unlimited potential
Zion Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful observation: young people today face unprecedented global challenges, yet they also possess unprecedented potential to create positive change. Our founders recognized that traditional leadership development programs often fell short of preparing youth for the complex, interconnected world they would inherit.
In 2018, we launched our first international symposium with just 12 participants. What we discovered was transformational - when young leaders are given immersive, holistic experiences that challenge them intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally, they don't just grow as individuals; they become catalysts for change in their communities.
Today, we serve youth from all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and transformational for every participant, regardless of their starting point. We believe that diversity of thought, experience, and perspective makes our community stronger and our impact greater.
